Graduations

Lately I've been thinking about graduations! I mean, how could you not? End of the year Facebook invitations to grad parties, yearbooks, commercials, advertisements, and filled streets. Cakes, balloons, and of course the pictures everywhere. I know you've been thinking about graduations whether you're out of school, stuck in school, or graduating yourself! But my question is, what do you get someone as a grad present? I'm invited to my share of grad parties, but have no idea what I'm expected to arrive with. Money is more of a relative thing, and nobody keeps the teddy bears that have "you're graduating!" Sewn into them. So I went ahead and did some research. I came to the conclusion that a grad party is just another birthday party. Bottom line being: regardless of the occasion, a gift is a gift and these graduating kids would much rather have something they can use than that "you're graduating!" Teddy bear.  I'm just saying. They do also like money. Ha!
